The middle and early high school years are incredibly stressful! Help your tween learn some effective tools for coping with stress and anxiety. This monthly, hour long class for girls ages 10-14 works on strength, flexibility, body awareness, and patience. This class complements other activities and teaches tween girls to have a positive body image.

Rest, restore, and recharge in this restorative yoga class with Christina Rodriguez. Restorative yoga is a practice of releasing, receiving and letting go. You will use blankets, bolsters and blocks to fully support you as you enjoy long holds in postures meant to soothe, calm, and revitalize your body and mind. This gentle practice in stillness can sometimes be the most challenging for our on-the-go natures; but, the practice of conscious resting is truly an act of self-care. A restorative practice differs from yin in that there is no deep stretching. Rather, each restorative posture is an opportunity for a mini-meditation while beautifully supported with props. This all levels class is ideal for anyone looking for an opportunity to relax and recharge in a calm, soothing environment. Class is limited to 15 people, so please preregister early!
