Join Reanna Livingston for a yoga fundamentals workshop introducing headstands and handstands. You will learn proper body alignment for headstands and handstands, as well as preparatory poses and exercises to strengthen your core, shoulders and back so that these poses become more accessible. Plan to have fun with props, partners, and especially the wall as you build your confidence in your inversions! This is an all levels workshop.
Reanna Livingston, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP has overcome her own fears of going upside down through persistent practice. Still working towards mastering her own handstand, she understands the frustration inherent in attempting these inversions and has learned that with props, practice and a sense of playfulness, anything is possible!
