We are kicking off the new year of be commUNITY events with a fun collaboration with Updog Smoothies & Juices!  Join us for a Mocktail Happy Hour and sample some yummy concoctions that will support your dry January (if that’s your jam)!  You’ll even get some ideas for how to create your own mocktails at home, so you can whip up tasty and healthy drinks all year long.  Light snacks will be provided - just bring yourself and enjoy some “sparkling” conversations with your yoga friends!
