For those times you can't practice in studio, we also offer the option to practice with us virtually over the Zoom platform.

VIRTUAL CLASS REGISTRATION
​
Register for virtual classes through our MindBody system. Each class has an in studio and a LIVESTREAM option. Choose the LIVESTREAM class to take class virtually. Register at least 45 minutes prior to the start of class. Teachers will send out an email with the link to the Zoom meeting 30 minutes before class starts to everyone registered for the LIVESTREAM class. Please download the Zoom app if you plan to take class from your phone, and check your spam folder if you do not receive the email link to class. We encourage you to use the Zoom chat feature before class to let your instructor know if you have any injuries or requests.

Please note that In Studio and LIVESTREAM classes have different pricing and class packages are not interchangeable. All class packages expire 1 year from purchase.
