Be Super Kids Yoga Camp

Do your kids beg to come to be silly each week? This summer, let them take a deep dive into yoga during our week long summer camp.  Each day, Jamaal and Sandy will lead a group of 8-12 year old yogis through a physical yoga practice, breathing exercises, discussions and teamwork exercises to help them develop coping and stress management skills.  Focusing on a superhero theme, the camp will integrate art, movement and literature with breathwork and yoga poses.
