Father's Day Family Yoga with Jamaal Cosby

Family yoga is a bonding experience like no other and what better time than on FATHER's Day! Spend an hour connecting with yourselves and each other as we incorporate asanas (poses), breathwork, and mindfulness that will benefit parents and kids alike! This class, led by Jamaal Cosby, will also include partner/family poses, lots of love and laughter, and plenty of ideas for ways to incorporate yoga into your everyday life. *please note that this is not a drop-off class and at least one parent/adult should be present to participate. $25 for 2 family members, $5 each additional family member.
