About The Event
“Journey Through the Chakras” is designed to align and balance the 7 energy centers of the body. As we move from grounding and stability in the Root Chakra towards spiritual connection in the Crown Chakra, we will explore each chakra and create a smoother flow of energy. This is a 90 minute, all levels, non-heated class. $30 drop-in, $25 monthly/annual members.
