Mother's Day Outdoor Family Yoga Class

Family yoga is a bonding experience like no other and what better time than on Mother's Day! Spend an hour connecting with yourselves and each other as we incorporate asanas (poses), breathwork, and mindfulness that will benefit parents and kids alike! This class, co-led by Sandy Piper and Kelly Terrell, will also include partner/family poses, lots of love and laughter, and plenty of ideas for ways to incorporate yoga into your everyday life. *please note that this is not a drop-off class and at least one parent/adult should be present to participate. Weather permitting this class will be held OUTSIDE in the courtyard behind the studio.  $25 for 2 family members, $5 each additional family member.
