Are you interested in taking your yoga practice to the next level beyond just the poses? Join us for a one day immersion into the many facets of yoga including meditation, philosophy, inquiry and of course asana. $125 early bird/monthly and annual members, $150 after Feb. 12th.

About The Event
Are you interested in taking your yoga practice to the next level beyond just the poses? Join us for a one day immersion into the many facets of yoga including meditation, philosophy, inquiry and of course asana. The day will include 2 separate heated yoga asana sessions (including some pose breakdown and partner work), meditation, and inquiry sessions where we will introduce yogic philosophy as it relates to your daily life and how you show up for yourself and others. We will include a 2 hour lunch break from approximately 1:00pm - 3:00pm. This day is open to all levels of practitioner and is eligible for 6 CEU hours through Yoga Alliance.
Be prepared to sweat, laugh, and possibly cry!
Julie Eubanks is a Certified Baptiste Power Yoga Leader with an additional 300 hrs in Leadership Training from the Baptiste Institute.
