Bring a friend and prepare to learn some hands on assisted stretching and Thai Yoga Bodywork techniques. Based on Thai Yoga Massage and athletic stretching, this 90 minute class will teach you how to perform dynamic assisted stretching safely and effectively.

Based on Thai Yoga Massage and athletic stretching, this 90 minute class will teach you how to perform dynamic assisted stretching safely and effectively. These techniques help increase flexibility and range of motion in your hips, hamstrings, back and shoulders. This is an all levels class that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!Please bring a mat, a pillow and blanket and wear clothing you can move comfortably in.
